-Establish proper pelvic alignment (this helps support optimal fetal positioning during pregnancy, improve digestion, and lessen back discomfort during and after pregnancy.)
-Apply exercises that increase body awareness with daily activities that support and not strain the pelvic floor.
-Discuss pelvic floor disorders such as – incontinence, hemorrhoids, and low back pain. and talk about product tips to increase health, circulation, and overall well-being!
