Sweat + Sip is back and it's sweatier than ever! Our weekly workout series lead by Sweat Fitness pros promises to kick your butt into gear every Sunday with a variety of classes, from yoga to kickboxing. After every class retox with a drink on us! Brunch will also be available! Classes are open, free, and folks of all fitness levels are invited to join.

Yoga — Learn the fundamental postures and movements that will introduce you to the practice of yoga. You will learn the basics of Ashtanga (power yoga), Iyengar (alignment and precision), and Vinyasa flow (creative sequencing). Class will move according to fitness/ability of group.

SWEAT Cycling — A cardio workout without comparison for Body, Mind and Spirit. Begin pedaling and let go as Philadelphia's Top Spinning Coaches take you on a tour de force on specially designed Schwinn Spinning stationary bikes. Bikes are first come first serve. Another class will be held for any overflow. (All Levels)

Barre — A 55 minute fusion of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates targeting all of the muscle groups while creating a well balanced, long, lean and strong body. Set to a great musical playlist that is sure to inspire.

Kickboxing — The latest fitness fusion of karate/kickboxing workout that combines authentic martial arts movements to energizing music. Kicks, punches blocks and footwork make this empowering workout a fierce calorie burner. Transform your body with Powerstrike. (All Levels)

Pour the Core- This intensive class will incorporate moves for lengthening and strengthening those mid-body muscles. Challenging exercises will focus on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility.

SweatX- Sweat X is a small group training program designed to take your athletic training to the next level. Classes include sports training, conditioning and mobility exercises. Classes are made to fit any level of fitness.

PiYo® LIVE- Combine the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. But there’s no time to stop and chant ommm—because you won’t pose—you’ll push it. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique.
