Join Ananda Yoga + Wellness for a morning of yoga, hiking, and meditation. We will begin with a guided walking meditation, winding our way through the peaceful trails of the Wenonah conservation area. Along the way, we will stop and enjoy a yoga practice, guided relaxation, snacks and conversation in the beautiful teahouse surrounded by trees and nature. Taking pictures and soaking in the moment will be encouraged along the way! This event is suitable for all levels and will take place rain or shine.

We will meet at the studio. Please be here by 5:50 at the latest as will start the hike promptly at 6:00 am.
