Figuring out what to eat before, during, and after your runs can be tricky. If you're wondering how you should be fueling up, join us on Wednesday, August 30th at 7PM for a nutrition talk with our Registered Dietitian, Kellsey O’Donnell. Come a little earlier for a group run starting at the store at 6PM.
While we hydrate post-run, Kellsey will be discussing the importance of hydration & nutrition in health and athletic performance, as well as reviewing and describing the various nutrition related products that can be used to “Fuel Your Run."
This is a FREE event and all are welcome to join. Gear check will be available in store while you run.
Kellsey has a Master’s degree in Nutrition, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and a passion for sports nutrition.
