JENNIFER YU is the author of FOUR WEEKS, FIVE PEOPLE. She is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied creative writing. In her free time, Yu enjoys reading books she’s too old for, roping unsuspecting friends into listening to her play the guitar and being far too invested in Boston sports teams. Most of her pop culture knowledge comes from binge-watching late-night talk show clips and occasional nervous forays into the depths of Tumblr. FOUR WEEKS, FIVE PEOPLE, Jennifer Yu’s debut teen novel, tells the story of five psychologically troubled teenagers and the four weeks they spend at a wilderness therapy program. As the five teens get to know one another and work to overcome the various disorders that have affected their lives, they find themselves forming bonds they never thought they would, discovering new truths about themselves and actually looking forward to the future.
