Frequently Asked Questions — What time should I arrive to park?
Gates open up for the bottom lot at 7:30 PM. This is approximately one hour before show time.

Can I pull in to the spot I want?
We park cars on first come, first serve basis. We also try to make sure that all bigger SUV’s are to be parked closer to the back. There is always a chance that a bigger car may park in front of you, but the screen is designed so all can see.

What if I come early enough to get a spot in the front, but have an SUV?
We will try our best to accommodate all! But don't worry, the screen is big enough to reach the space allotted for all cars.

How do I hear the movie?
You can tune in to a FM station we will provide for you when you park.

Will my car battery die?
Your car should be fine the duration of the movie. If you are uncertain, you can leave your car running for a period of time or turn your car on a few times throughout the movie. If you don’t want to use your car radio at all, bring a portable radio!!!

What if I need to leave before the movie is over?
We ask that you find an EPZ employee to help escort you out of the lot, or if you know you will be leaving early, please let someone from EPZ know before the show starts. Although it is a drive-in, we will have guests sitting in front of their cars and also guest who purchased lawn seats

Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You can bring your own food! We will have goodies for sale before and most of the movie. Goodies include popcorn, candies, beverages and more. We ask that you do not bring alcohol on zoo property. If done so, we have the right to ask you to leave with no refund given.

Can we bring our pets?
Yes. Since this event is taking place outside of the zoo's gates, you may bring pets to sit in your car with you!

Will I be able to see any animals?
No. The zoo closes every day at 5 PM, including the nights of Drive-In Movies. Guests will not have access to inside of the zoo other than restroom use.
