Arm balances and inversions are as much a mental practice as a physical practice. This workshop is for those with an interest in learning the physics behind arm balances and inversions.
Join Maggie for a flow through a vinyasa series to prepare our physical bodies, and then we will break down several common arm balances and inversions, including side plank variations, hurdlers pose, chin stand, and more!
