Due to how fast tickets usually sell out, we decided to open up a 2nd day of competition, so EVERYONE who wants to get in, can get in!
Tickets will go on sale on August 5th. Use the Eventbrite link below.
BEFORE buying tickets, please note that you have to purchase a T shirt separately (we lowered the shirt price to $10!) since not all athletes want shirts. Please be sure you buy your Ticket AND the T shirt, if you want one!
ALSO, DO NOT BUY TICKETS UNTIL READING THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
BEGINNERS (SATURDAY): These athletes have NOT COMPETED BEFORE & are at a true «beginner level» in that they do not use «Rx» weights or have much more experience in the lifts beyond what they've learned at CrossFit. Most of these athletes have been doing CrossFit for less than a year, although that is not a requirement for this category.
INTERMEDIATE (SUNDAY): These athletes have competed in LESS THAN 3 other competitions, which may/may not include Rookie Rumble in the past. These athletes may sometimes use «Rx» weights in workouts, and have a moderate amount of experience with the lifts and basic movements.
NON-ELIGIBLE: These athletes consistently perform at a high level, have competed more 3 or more times, and regularly appear at the top of their gym's whiteboard/leaderboard consistently. If you are not sure if you are eligible, please CHECK WITH YOUR COACH/OWNER before buying a ticket.
Vendors: We are always looking for new vendors to sell/sample their stuff at our events. If you know of any great brands that our athletes would love, please email [email protected]

As always, the WODs are released at the time of ticket purchase, so there are no surprises. You have 2 months to practice! If you have any QUESTIONS on the workouts, please email [email protected]
Also, videos that explain the WODs and movements standards will be released as well, closer to the event.
