During this blissful class students will enjoy nurturing, supportive postures based on Yoga that help heal the effects of chronic stress. Students will discover how attention to the breath reduces muscular tension, improves circulation and creates a sense of connectedness and well being. This class is for everyone and can be enjoyed by those who are very active and also individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, Epstein bar etc. Those who are in recovery from an illness will strongly benefit from this practice as well.
