Think about the future… It's January, the holidays are over, and you've eaten your weight in turkey and pie. You need to get going, but you don't know where to start. Let us help keep you accountable for a FIT 2018… join us on JANUARY 8TH for the start of our 4 week Boot Camp. This program is for beginners, people trying to get back into fitness (or even those who have never worked out), who want to feel and look better. This program is in a SMALL GROUP setting, where you have a DEDICATED COACH to guide you every step of the way. No previous experience needed, every single movement can be modified so everyone gets a great workout.
Who: ANYONE ages 14 or older (kids as young as 12 can participate with a parent)
When: 3x per week on every Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm, and Friday at 6:30pm
Start Date: Monday, January 8th, 2018 (runs for 4 weeks)
