Spring at Fort Mifflin: Mindful Exploration

Welcome spring by fusing past and present during a mindful exploration of this National Historic Landmark! We’ll explore the boundaries between our own bodies and the space around us during a mindful movement session, followed by a guided tour of one of America’s oldest established forts. We’ll end with a meditation session around the fire pit. Participants need no experience in yoga or meditation.
