Want to learn how to make pizza from scratch in your home kitchen? From the crust to the garnish, and everything in between, join Fishtown Cafe's Head Baker, John McGrath, on Saturday, June 16th from 3pm-5pm for a Pizza Workshop.
Through discussion and hands-on experience, you’ll learn about:
Mixing, shaping, fermenting, and stretching pizza dough
Preparing a variety of sauces
Selecting toppings that complement your crust and sauce
Cooking pizza in a home oven
Whether you prefer a simple tomato pie or a carefully curated harmony of crust, sauce, cheese & more, this class will aid you in your efforts to produce delicious pizza in your very own kitchen.
